This work supports people who feel:

Tense, wired, or disconnected

Tired but unable to fully rest

Overwhelmed by stress or life transitions

Curious about yoga but unsure where to begin

At Grateful Minds, yoga and breathwork are not about performance, flexibility, or pushing yourself.
They’re about regulation, presence, and rebuilding trust with your body.

You don’t need experience.

You don’t need to be flexible.

You just need a place to start.

✔ Gentle, breath-led yoga

✔ Mindful movement

✔ Trauma-aware awareness

My approach blends:

My approach

The focus is always on:

How it feels, not how it looks

Regulation, not achievement

Meeting yourself where you are, not where you think you should be

I teach yoga and breathwork as nervous system support, not exercise.

✔ Simple breathing practices

✔ Mindfulness principles

✔ Self-compassion

If your self-check result brought you here, it likely means your system is asking for movement and breath, not more thinking.

For some people, yoga and breathwork are enough on their own.
For others, they become the gateway to deeper support.

There’s no right order.
This is one of many valid entry points.

the Bigger Picture

Many people who start here later explore:

A NOTE FROM ME

I teach from lived experience, not performance culture.
My work is shaped by navigating illness, recovery, motherhood, and deep personal change, and by learning what truly supports the body and mind under pressure.

Yoga and breathwork didn’t “fix” me.
They helped me listen, regulate, and rebuild trust, one small practice at a time.

That’s what I aim to offer here.
