Client Welcome Agreement for Ayurveda Guidance

Welcome to Grateful Minds. Before we begin, please read this agreement carefully.

By booking any Ayurveda-related service—such as a dosha consultation, self-assessment review, lifestyle guidance session, herbal guidance session, or follow-up support—you agree to the following:

1. Nature of Service

• The Ayurveda consultations offered are educational and lifestyle-based, focused on wellbeing, general balance, and traditional Ayurvedic principles.

• They are not medical consultations, and no diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention is provided.

2. Scope of Practice

Grateful Minds provides:

• guidance on daily routines

• lifestyle support

• dietary suggestions

• understanding of your dosha tendencies

• general wellbeing recommendations

Grateful Minds does not:

• diagnose medical conditions

• prescribe medication

• provide clinical treatment

• offer individualized medical plans

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• consult your healthcare provider before acting on any advice

• disclose relevant medical conditions (optional but recommended)

• immediately stop any practice that causes discomfort or concern

• understand that Ayurveda is complementary, not a replacement for modern medical care

4. Herbal Products

If herbs are recommended:

• they are optional and purchased directly from the Ayurvedic doctor or clinic

• Grateful Minds does not sell or manufacture herbs

• All responsibility for safety, quality, and suitability lies with the clinician or supplier

5. Booking Ayurvedic Consultations & Retreats

If you choose to use Grateful Minds to facilitate:

• an online Ayurvedic doctor appointment

• a Panchakarma retreat

• an Ayurvedic hospital stay

you agree that Grateful Minds is acting only as a facilitator, not a healthcare provider or travel agent.

6. Payments & Fees

• Facilitation fees may apply and will be clearly disclosed.

• Commission may be earned from referrals (as disclosed in the Affiliate Disclosure).

• All treatment fees are paid to the clinic/hospital, whether directly or via Grateful Minds as a payment intermediary.

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Grateful Minds is not responsible for:

• medical outcomes

• clinical decisions

• adverse reactions

• travel arrangements

• hospital or clinic operations

• cancellations or schedule changes

Your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
