When assisting with bookings for Panchakarma retreats, Ayurvedic hospital stays, online consultations, or similar services, Grateful Minds acts solely as a facilitator and not as a medical provider, travel agent, or treatment provider.

By using Grateful Minds to support your booking, you understand and agree that:

• Grateful Minds does not provide medical treatment and is not responsible for any clinical decisions made by the Ayurvedic doctor or hospital.

• Grateful Minds does not control the actions, pricing, availability, safety standards, or qualifications of any external practitioner, clinic, or centre.

• All treatment agreements, medical decisions, health assessments, prescriptions, and clinical care remain solely between you and the external medical provider.

• Grateful Minds accepts no liability for cancellations, delays, changes in schedule, room allocations, or issues arising at the clinic/hospital.

• Any fees paid to Grateful Minds for facilitation are for administration, organisation, communication, and support only, not for medical advice or treatment.

Payments may be collected by Grateful Minds on behalf of the clinic or centre. In such cases, Grateful Minds acts as a payment intermediary, and your contract for treatment remains exclusively with the Ayurvedic provider.
