Why learn from me...
I know this journey because I’ve lived it. From navigating cancer recovery while pregnant with my second child, to balancing a demanding corporate career with motherhood, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges many of us face
This workshop combines my personal experience with research-backed methods to help you feel more present, less stressed, and more connected
In 2019, I trained with MindfulnessUK to teach the gold-standard MBSR program and since then have guided numerous courses and workshops, both online and in person. Earlier this year, I deepened my practice with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, and I’m also an accredited Reiki healer.
Through all of this, I’ve seen how profoundly mindfulness, yoga, and energy work can transform the way we meet life — and I’m passionate about sharing these practices with you.
