Starts: Wednesday 4th March at 5pm until 7pm.
Includes: 2 hour session every week for 8 weeks until 29th April with one-week break on 8th April. There will be an optional Half-day Silent retreat on Saturday 18th April from 10am - 1pm.
What Is MBSR?
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based 8-week program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinnat the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. It combines mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, and scientifically grounded practices that help reduce stress, anxiety, and physical pain.
